How it works

The 90-day build path

We meet weekly and move through a structured sequence that blends strategy, product definition, build execution, testing, and launch.

Led by the TribeZ team. Live sessions are held weekly on Zoom. Your exact schedule and cohort start date are sent within 2 business days after you complete the intake. Participants get access to a private cohort channel for the full 90 days.

Weeks 1–2

Business Plan Curation with AI. We refine your idea, pressure-test the concept, and generate a fundable business plan with a practical go-to-market strategy.

Weeks 3–4

Business Requirements + MVP Translation. We convert the idea into clear business requirements, workflows, and starter JSON files so the concept is ready to move into build mode.

Week 5

Environment Setup. We get your tools, workspace, and technical environment ready so you can move into development with confidence.

Weeks 6–8

Vibe Coding + Testing. We build your first MVP, test the core workflows, and begin shaping a usable product experience.

Weeks 9–10

User Acceptance Testing. You begin inviting aligned prospects into a free trial experience in exchange for feedback, insights, and reviews.

Weeks 11–12

Launch + Early Revenue. We refine your offer, launch with special early adopter pricing, and position your platform for ongoing growth.

When does the cohort start?
We run cohorts on a set schedule. Your cohort start date and full session calendar are sent to you within 2 business days after you complete the intake.
How do sessions work?
Live weekly sessions are held on Zoom. We’ll share the exact day, time, and time zone with your cohort details. Sessions are recorded so you can catch up if needed.
What if I miss a session?
Recordings and materials are available in the cohort channel. You can review at your own pace and ask questions asynchronously. For Medium and High tiers, we can align on a follow-up if you need to discuss something 1:1.
What do I need technically?
A laptop, reliable internet, and a Zoom-capable device. For the build phase you’ll need a development environment (we’ll guide setup in Week 5). No prior coding experience is required for Low tier; Medium and High include more technical support.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you withdraw before the first cohort session. After the first session, no refunds. If something changes, contact us as soon as possible. See our terms and conditions for full details.
Where is the cohort community?
After intake you’ll receive an invite to a private cohort channel (e.g. Slack or email list) where we share sessions, materials, and support for the 90 days.
