TribeZ Spaces is the umbrella brand; Founder Residency is the resident offer—90-day room + 12-week program (Standard / Suite), installments or pay-in-full discount, first in Floripa.

Revenue model

  • Core (per founder, 90 days): Standard $6,000 · Suite $7,000 — room + program. Founding list; later cohorts from $10,000/person per 90 days (directional floor).
  • Double occupancy: per-person pricing; second occupant 50% of listed 90-day rate, same project — pairs add incremental revenue.
  • Cash: ~33.33% deposit + 3 payments (third before arrival), or pay in full with 5% off the 90-day total.
  • Add-ons: mobility, visa orientation, bundled Training cohort (opt-in), partner revenue later.
  • Future: selective equity in resident cos, subscriptions, talent network on top of cohorts.

  • Blended (founding): gross residency contribution per house directionally ~$4.5K–$5.8K/month after ~$3.5K/mo directional house opex (before G&A, marketing, timing).

  • 90-day revenue (all Standard, future list): 4 × $10,000 = $40,000 (~$13,333/mo equivalent).
