Service Agreement — TribeZ Support Services
This agreement is entered into between Processing Group LLC (“Provider”) and Mindful Missions (“Client”).
1. Scope of Services
Provider agrees to deliver platform support, maintenance, and development services as outlined in the selected support package.
2. Service Levels

| Basic | 24–48 hrs | 12–14 days |
| Standard | 24 hrs | 9–12 days |
| Priority | Same-day | 1–8 days |
3. Development Hours
Monthly development hours are allocated based on the selected plan. Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise agreed.
4. Expedited Requests
Expedited requests outside included allowances are billed at $75/hour.
5. Payment Terms
- Subscription billed monthly in advance
- Non-payment may result in service suspension
6. Out-of-Scope Work
The following are not included unless separately scoped:
- Major feature development
- Full redesigns
- Third-party integrations
- Infrastructure overhauls
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.
8. Liability
Provider is not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms (hosting, APIs, etc.).
9. Confidentiality
All client data and platform details remain confidential.
